Dr. Harald Kischlat
Dr. Harald Kischlat is General Secretary and responsible for the management of German Doctors. He aims to establish a secure financial basis for the work done by our organisation and ensure smooth organisational procedure throughout, so that existing projects can continue and new projects can be realised which will have a positive impact for people in developing countries.
Dr. Christine Winkelmann
Dr. Christine Winkelmann is part of our board of directors and is responsible for project support and development. She is therefore also responsible for the German Doctors’ medical missions on site. Dr. Winkelmann dedicates herself to the maintenance of existing cooperations and building new ones in the countries where we have projects, as well as to the further development of the contents of these projects.
Medical missions and project development
Lina Gandras
Lina Gandras is responsible for our work in the projects. She supports the volunteer doctors and also supervises our project work from an organizational perspektive.
Carola Walter
Carola Walter works in the mission planning and ensures that all of our health projects are continually manned by doctors. She also organizes activities for our mission doctors to prepare them for their duties abroad.
Amanda Hecktor
Amanda Hecktor works in the mission planning and ensures that all of our health projects are continually manned by doctors. She also organizes activities for our mission doctors to prepare them for their duties abroad.
Susanne Hoffmann
As team leader projects, Susanne Hoffmann is responsible for project work in our partner countries. She supports the country and BMZ consultants in their project work and supports in the management of existing projects and the establishment of new ones.
Selene Grube
Selene Grube is the consultant for the Asian area. She is responsible for the health projects in India and Bangladesh.
Vera Lütke Holz
Vera Lütke Holz is the consultant for the Asian area. She is responsible for the health projects in India and Bangladesh.
Anja Bujak
Anja Bujak works as a project officer. Her responsibilities include our health projects in Greece and our partner projects in Sierra Leone.
Grace Maria Agyei
Grace Maria Agyei is the consultant for Kenya. She is responsible for our health projects in Athi River, Kilifi and Nairobi.
Freya Fischer
Freya Fischer is the consultant for Kenya and Uganda. She is responsible for our health projects in Athi River, Kilifi and Nairobi and our partner project in Uganda.
Sonja Nißl
Sonja Nißl is the consultant for the Philippines. She is responsible for the health projects on Luzon, Mindanao and Mindoro.
Anna Grimminger
Anna Grimminger is the consultant for Emergency Aid. She is in particular in charge of our projects in the context of the Ukraine war.

Janina Hotze is responsible for third-party funding for our partner projects. Her focus is on the support of projects in Asia and Africa that are funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Kaja Momanyi works as a consultant for third-party funds. Her main area of responsibility is the supervision of our partner projects, which are funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) or other third-party funding sources such as foundations.

Susanne Belayneh
Susanne Belayneh works in the staff unit for fundamental issues and project development. She is in charge of cross-cutting issues in health projects and works on strategic and conceptual tasks relating to basic development policy issues.
Annika Weber
Annika Weber works in the administrative department ‘Monitoring & Evaluation’ and is responsible the development of an M&E concept. She is the contact person for data collection, analysis, and visualization in all of our healthcare projects.
Lena Dörr
Lena Dörr is the assistant for our teams project development and health projects. He provides cross-team support for administrative, organizational and professional tasks.
Fundraising, press and public relations
Andrea Reinke
As Team Leader Fundraising is Andrea Reinke responsible for the planning and implementation of all fundraising activities at German Doctors. She also manages our donor service.
Birgit Donath
Birgit Donath is responsible for major gifts fundraising at German Doctors and is your contact for foundation fundraising, corporate cooperation and the topic of corporate social responsibility. In addition, inheritances, wills and legacies are part of her area of responsibility.
Markus Rödl
As an experienced online marketer, Markus Rödl is responsible for online fundraising of German Doctors. In addition, he is responsible for online communication with a focus on website and email campaigns.
Michael Üreyil
Michael Üreyil takes care of our fundraising databank to ensure it functions smoothly. He is also active in data analysis.
Nina Tasev
Nina Tasev is responsible for the German Doctors’ dialogue marketing and the graphic presentation of our publications. She also directs our donation service.
Sandra Wied
Sandra Wied works in the Donor Service and takes care of all matters relating to your donation. In addition, she is responsible for the area of financial requirements and supports Major Donations Fundraising in the processing of inheritances and estates.
Jeramy Flora
Jeramy Flora works in the Donor Service and is your contact for charity and condolence donations. But she also always has an open ear for all other concerns about your donation. In addition she is responsible for donation boxes and dental gold.
Susanne Bosman
As team leader, Susanne Bosman is responsible for our organisation's press and public relations work. Her responsibilities include the strategic direction and management of publications (print/digital) and online communication, as well as event management.
Chantal Neumann
Chantal Neumann fulfills duties in the areas of PR and media presentation. She is responsible for our publications, like the annual reportsor our donor magazine.
Vanessa Hepp
Vanessa Hepp is responsible for our press work. She maintains contact with the editorial offices and is your contact for all kinds of press inquiries. She is also responsible for print advertising. Currently on sabbatical.

Siyana Tasheva is responsible for the editorial support of the German Doctors and Swiss Doctors websites within the D-A-CH association.

Jörg Neuhaus
Jörg Neuhaus is Head of IT Administration and responsible for the operation of the association's own IT at the Bonn site. He also coordinates the external IT services used by the office.

Frauke Flottmann does the accounting for German Doctors and plays a decisive role in ensuring that all our figures are correct at the end of each financial year.
