Erst mal ganz viel Malaria in Nairobi Anfang des Monats durch all die Leute, die aus dem Landesinneren zur\u00fcckkamen (In Nairobi selbst gibt&#8217;s keine oder besser kaum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/de\/ueber-uns\/krankheiten-in-entwicklungslaendern\/malaria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Malaria<\/a>; im Westen des Landes in der N\u00e4he des Victoriasees ist dies leider ganz anders).\u00a0So hatten wir t\u00e4glich schwerstkranke Kinder, die eigentlich ins Krankenhaus h\u00e4tten eingewiesen werden m\u00fcssen, dort allerdings\u00a0manchmal abgewiesen wurden. So haben wir erst einmal mit der Behandlung der\u00a0Kinder begonnen und ihnen dann trotz Einweisung\u00a0Medikamente f\u00fcr den Fall mitgegeben, dass sie\u00a0nicht aufgenommen\u00a0werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Ein ehemaliger kleiner Patient von mir \u2013 Elvis\u00a0Gadaffi \u2013 hat sich toll entwickelt. Gesundheitlich geht&#8217;s ihm inzwischen recht gut,\u00a0vor wenigen Wochen hat er mit der Schule\u00a0begonnen. Ein Kollege sponsert ihm mit seiner kleinen Hilfsorganisation ein Internat (ein Internat ist notwendig, weil er keine engen Angeh\u00f6rigen hat).
