Die Schwerpunkte dieses Krankenhauses liegen auf der Betreuung von Schwangeren und M\u00fcttern sowie der Versorgung von S\u00e4uglingen und Kindern. In diesem Blog berichten die beiden Mediziner von ihren Erfahrungen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Als begeisterte Neugeborenenmediziner haben wir bereits einiges in den vergangenen Wochen erlebt. Und haben gelernt, dass man mit einfachen Mitteln manche hoch komplizierte und extrem teure Therapie von daheim recht gut ersetzen kann. So gab es eine dramatische Verlegung an einem Samstagmorgen. Bei einem Kind, das am Abend zuvor geboren worden war, fiel eine blaue Gesichtsfarbe auf, es wurde ein viel zu niedriger Sauerstoffgehalt im Blut gemessen. Nach Einleitung einer antibiotischen Therapie sowie Verabreichung einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Menge Fl\u00fcssigkeit sahen wir uns gezwungen, das Kind sicherheitshalber nach Davao zu verlegen, wo es nach rascher Besserung auf dem Transport bereits ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Sauerstoffbedarf ankam. Wenige Tage sp\u00e4ter kam es tats\u00e4chlich wieder und wurde nach einigen weiteren Tagen der antibiotischen Behandlung fit und gesund nach Hause geschickt.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1067\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/twins-go-home1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1067\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1067\" title=\"Twins go home\" src=\"https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/twins-go-home1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/twins-go-home1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/twins-go-home1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/twins-go-home1-365x243.jpg 365w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1067\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">die Zwillinge<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Und heute gab es noch mal einen sehr sentimentalen Sammelabschied: unsere drei Fr\u00fchgeborenen, ein 1500-g schwerer Junge, der auf einem Billardtisch am Stra\u00dfenrand geboren wurde, weil man es nicht mehr rechtzeitig zu uns geschafft hatte, und seine beiden ebenso unterk\u00fchlten Zimmernachbarn, die mit je 1700g auf dem Motorrad und zu Fu\u00df f\u00fcnf Stunden durch den Regen hergebracht worden waren, haben heute nach \u00dcberschreiten der 1800g-Gewichtsgrenze (nur mit Muttermilch!) unseren Segen bekommen und durften \u201eOl\u00e9 sabalay!\u201c &#8211; nach Hause! Wir haben \u00fcber drei Wochen hart gek\u00e4mpft, um die drei aufzup\u00e4ppeln, haben sie mit kleinen Milchflaschensaugern und tr\u00f6pfchenweise Muttermilch das Trinken \u00fcben lassen, um sie dann zunehmend an Mutters Brust zu gew\u00f6hnen, und siehe da, es hat geklappt. Zwei vor Freude fast platzende M\u00fctter und eine stolze gro\u00dfe Schwester der Zwillinge packten blitzschnell ihre Sachen, holten sich noch die letzten Impfungen f\u00fcr ihre Jungs ab und jetzt sind sie schon weg\u2026und werden uns ein bisschen fehlen.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1064\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/der-neue-inkubator.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1064\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1064\" title=\"der neue inkubator\" src=\"https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/der-neue-inkubator.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/der-neue-inkubator.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/der-neue-inkubator-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.german-doctors.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/der-neue-inkubator-365x548.jpg 365w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1064\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">der neue Brutkasten<\/p><\/div>\n<p>An dieser Stelle sei noch der Passauer Kinderklinik gedankt, deren gespendeter Brutkasten gerade rechtzeitig hier eintraf, als die Zwillinge hereinschneiten, klatschnass und mit einer K\u00f6rpertemperatur von 33\u00b0C. Der vorher einzig vorhandene Brutkasten war schon durch den 1500g-Zwerg besetzt. Dank Eurer Spende hatten die zwei Kleinen ruckzuck wieder warme F\u00fc\u00dfe!
